Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices without notice. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via PayFast.
Payment
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Instant EFT via PayFast. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be completed at the time of placing your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy to addresses within South Africa. Delivery times are typically 2-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
Our full returns policy is available on our Returns and Refunds page. In summary, you may return defective goods within 6 months of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
